We do not collect any personal data from you when you visit this website. Personal data is only collected if you provide us with it yourself via our contact form. This data is used exclusively to answer your request and is deleted afterwards.

6. Email and SMS
Please note that the data collected and used via Mailgun is stored and processed on computers in the USA.
The data provided by you is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. No data will be transmitted to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of credit card data to the processing bank institutes/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/forwarding agent commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods and to our tax advisor for the fulfilment of our tax obligations.
After cancellation of the shopping process, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the case of a contract conclusion, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax law retention period (10 years). The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase will be stored until the end of the product liability period (10 years).

You are entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and opposition.
